About the Journal

Bidayah: Studi Ilmu-Ilmu Keislaman  is a scholarly journal published by the State Islamic College (STAIN) Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh, Indonesia. The journal aims to advance the understanding and development of Islamic sciences through the publication of research articles, critical analytical studies, and book reviews. It provides an academic platform for researchers, lecturers, and scholars to share research findings and engage in scholarly discussions on Islamic studies and contemporary issues.

Focus and Scope

The journal welcomes original scholarly contributions covering, but not limited to, the following areas:

• Islamic Education
• Socio-Cultural Issues
• Islamic Law
• Islam and Politics
• Islamic Economics
• Interdisciplinary Studies related to Islamic sciences and contemporary issues.

The journal is published online twice a year and has received accreditation pursuant to the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia No. 164/E/KPT/2021.

Bidayah: Studi Ilmu-Ilmu Keislaman supports the dissemination of scholarly knowledge through online publication. Published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-SA 4.0) which permits users to share and adapt the material for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors and the journal, the initial publication is acknowledged, and derivative works are distributed under the same license.
