Terdapat perbedaan bahwa masing-masing dalil memiliki dasar yang sama dengan teks Al-Qur'an, yaitu surat an-Nisa ayat 3. Terkadang, dengan melakukan poligami memiliki dampak yang tidak baik atau negatif bagi kelangsungan dan keharmonisan rumah tangga, berdasarkan hal tersebut maka fenomena poligami ini harus kembali di telaah lagi dari sudut pandang lainnya, dalam hal ini sudut pandang Al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kepustakaan <em>(liberary research) </em>penggunaan metodenya yaitu kualitatif deskriftif dengan menganalisis utama konten <em>(content analysis)</em>. Data yang dijadikan sumber berupa primer dan sekunder. Adapun sumber utama yang digunakan adalah berbagai informasi yang berhubungan dengan Poligami dan dampaknya persppektif Al-Qur’an. Sumber informasi sekunder meliputi buku, jurnal, website, berita dan referensi terkait yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa: Dalam Al-Qur’an, poligami tidak diwajibkan dan tidak dianjurkan, hanya dinyatakan bahwa poligami diperbolehkan. Secara adil, itu tidak ringan. Rasa keadilan menurut Al-Qur'an adalah syarat poligami yang tidak didasarkan hanya berdasarkan rasa sayang saja tetapi juga harus mampu secara materi untuk menafkahi. Hal ini telah disampaikan Allah lewat wahyuNya dalam surat an-Nisa’ ayat 129. Orang yang melakukan praktik poligami hendaknya orang yang telah paham hakikat poligami dengan benar dan menjalankan poligami tidak berdasar hanya karena hawa nafsu yang bersifat sementara. Al-Qur'an tidak secara eksplisit menjelaskan efek poligami, hanya memberikan pedoman atau ketentuan yang adil. Ketika rasa keadilan ini tidak tercapai, timbul masalah dalam keluarga, terutama dalam hubungan yang harmonis. Al-Ghumārī was a prominent hadith scholar in the early 20th century, but his works in the field of hadith are now beginning to fade. Despite this, al-Ghumārī was the first figure to introduce the method of hadith takhrij. Therefore, this research aims to revisit al-Ghumārī's thoughts in the study of hadith takhrij, focusing on his work Ĥușūl al-Tafrīj bi-Ușūl al-Takhrīj. This study addresses two issues: 1) The critical reasoning of Aḥmad al-Ghumārī in hadith scholarship, and 2) Aḥmad al-Ghumārī's methodology in performing hadith takhrij as outlined in his book Ĥușūl al-Tafrīj bi-Ușūl al-Takhrīj. This research uses a descriptive method and a literature-based approach through qualitative analysis. The final results of this study are: 1) Aḥmad al-Ghumārī's critical reasoning in performing hadith takhrij relies on his own ijtihad and does not adhere to anyone else's views, showcasing his sharp critical reasoning and deep intelligence. 2) Aḥmad al-Ghumārī has two main characteristics in performing hadith takhrij: first, if the hadith contains a complete wording, he refers to musnad books; second, if the hadith is not mentioned according to its wording, he reads, studies, and memorizes it. Because it is considered unclear, it certainly originated from the main ideas of orientalists. Many Western scientists can position themselves when researching the Qur'an. The differences in views that occur among orientalists are due to generational dissimilarities. The difference that occurs is that there are outsiders in their research on the Qur'an departing from skepticism or doubt and not purely academic, so that it has the aim of discrediting Islamic teachings. One of the orientalist activists who had this attitude was John Wansbrough, who had doubts about the historicity of the Qur'ān. Thus, the purpose of this article is to explore everything related to the thoughts of John Wansbrough. This article uses the Library Research method, using journals and several other references in order to provide an explanation of orientalist figures, especially John Wansbrough. This study explores contemporary Sufism and active involvement of women, both Muslim and non-Muslims in Sufi activities. The purpose of this study is to describe history, dynamics, and the influence of contemporary Sufism on gender issues and feminism in secular societies. The method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach, through literature analysis related to contemporary sufism. Meta-analysis techniques are used to connect various existing variables with more structured studies. Research shows that Sufism, despite being rooted in Islam, develops beyond religious normitality and emphasizes the search for universal spiritual meanings. In this context, contemporary Sufism allows women to go beyond the boundaries of Islamic normative dogma, find true meaning, and free to express themselves. Through Sufism, it is proven that religion can have a significant influence on modernity and respond to issues such as gender and equality. Suku Cham Bani merupakan salah satu etnis minoritas di Vietnam, bukan hanya sebagai pemeluk agama minoritas, melainkan juga sebagai kelompok yang minoritas dalam Islam karena praktik keagamaan mereka yang dianggap berbeda dari ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan, yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan postmodernisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik keagamaan Suku Cham Bani adanya menandakan akulturasi budaya dengan Islam. Praktik keagamaan mereka menunjukkan sinkretisme, adanya diaektika antara Islam dengan agama yang dianut sebelum datangnya Islam ke Vietnam, yaitu agama Hindu. This article aims to describe deeply the implementation of the Khatam al-Qu’an in groups and individually, as well as the views of the Khatam al-Qu’an. The instruments used are observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analysed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings show that the tradition of Khatam al-Qur'an is carried out in groups and individually. The Khatam al-Qur'an in the group is only carried out in the holy month of Ramadhan by the village community, either in the mosque or the meunasah. Reciting the Qur’an (tadarus) at the mosque or meunasah during Ramadhan is carried out by men only. They usually complete sealing the Qur'an 1 or 2 times in a Ramadhan month. The implementation of individual Khatam al-Qur'an is carried out on children or teenagers who have completed reading 30 juz of the al-Qur'an. Khatam al-Qur'an done individually does not involve the village community but only his or her friends or other people at the recitation place. The Khatam al-Qur'an is a form of gratitude and glorification of the Qur'an. This study aims to determine the leadership strategy in managing facilities and infrastructure at STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh. The type of research used here is qualitative research, with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data processing and analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification (Conclusion Drawing). Untuk itu, salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai karakter ialah melalui ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penanaman nilai karakter melalui kegiatan pramuka di Pondok Al-Quran Al-Majidiyah Bagan Batu, Riau. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari: kepala sekolah, pembina, dewan pembina, dewan ambalan, dan anggota pramuka penggalang dan penegak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan triangulasi data meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
