Published biannually in June and December, this journal is affiliated with the Islamic Criminal Law Program at the State Islamic Religious College Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh in West Aceh, Indonesia. MAQASIDI: Jurnal Syariah dan Hukum has received SINTA 5 accreditation based on the decision by the Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology (Number: 72/E/KPT/2024) regarding the Accreditation Ranking of Scientific Journals for the First Period of 2024.
