MAQASIDI: Jurnal Syariah dan Hukum is published twice a year, in June and December, by the Islamic Criminal Law Program of the Sharia and Islamic Economics Department at the State Islamic Higher Education of Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh, West Aceh, starting from the year 2021. Since the year 2024, all incoming articles are more strongly recommended to be written in English.
