Abstract
The background of this article is that learning Arabic with all its problems requires a variety of modes and approaches as well as good management that must be carried out by teachers or educational institutions, in this case, Islamic boarding schools. The differences in the initial abilities of students and their very heterogeneous educational backgrounds have contributed to problems for Arabic language teachers. This article tries to find common ground between the Arabic learning process and learning management starting from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the management of Arabic learning in order to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools in terms of managerial Arabic learning programs. This type of research is library research and the approach used is a qualitative approach. The results of this paper are expected to be useful for the development of Arabic in Islamic boarding schools.
