As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Author Guidelines
At-Ta'dib: Jurnal Ilmiah Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam, published twice a year, publishes research results and theoretical studies on Islamic religious education. The scope of the At-Ta'dib Journal is: 1) The Concept of Islamic Education, 2) Islamic Education Curriculum, 3) Islamic Education Learning, 4) Philosophy of Islamic Education, and 5) Interpretation of Educational Verses and Hadiths. Manuscripts submitted to the editor of At-Ta'dib will be considered for publication if they meet the following criteria:
Manuscripts in the form of research results or thoughts/conceptual, have never been published or are not in the process of being submitted for publication to other media, and do not contain elements of plagiarism.
The plagiarism tolerance limit for articles is a maximum of 25 %
The manuscript is written in Indonesian/English/Arabic, with a content of 14-18 pages (including text, all tables, images, notes, references, and appendices intended for publication). The manuscript was written according to the template of the At-Ta'dib journal using Font-size: Times New Roman 12, A4 paper size, top margin: 3 cm, bottom: 2.5 cm, left: 2.5 cm, and right: 2 cm, space 1.15 pt.
Manuscripts are written sequentially: Title, Author's Name (without title), Author's Affiliation (institution and e-mail), Abstract, Keywords, Content, and Bibliography.
The title must be concise and specific, no more than 14 words in Indonesian and 10 words in English/Arabic.
Include the author's name, institutional affiliation, and e-mail address under the article title, and the Author does not need to list an academic degree;
Abstracts are written in English and Indonesian, containing 100-200 words, which include the background of the problem, objectives, methods, and results of research/conclusions. Abstracts are often presented separately from the article, so they should be able to stand independently. Therefore, non-standard or uncommon references and abbreviations should be avoided.
Keywords consist of 2-4 words or phrases that reflect the manuscript's content.
At-Ta'dib only accepts electronic (online) deliveries. Therefore, writers must log in before submitting their articles. The manuscript is sent through online submission of Jurnal At-Ta'dib with the address http://ejournal.staindirundeng.ac.id/index.php/tadib/about/submissions (directly click register).
Writing systematics: a. The results of the research consisted of: Title, Author's Name, Author's Affiliation (institution and e-mail), Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Research Method, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Bibliography; b. Thought/Conceptual Results: Title, Author's Name, Author's Affiliation (institution and e-mail), Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Content, Conclusion, Bibliography.
Citations usually only require the author's last name, year of publication, and (sometimes) page number. All cited works should appear in the reference list at the end of the article and be arranged alphabetically. All notes must appear in the text as quotes (in notes). Citations are recommended using reference managers such as Mendeley or Zotero and others and are written with the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th Edition citation system.
The bibliography is written alphabetically, containing: author's name, year of publication, title of book/journal/magazine in italics, city of publication, and name of publisher. The reference and reference list is the latest literature list with a minimum of 60% references from interrelated scientific journals or research, published after 2013. The number of references in the bibliography is at least 15 from reference libraries.
All manuscripts that enter the editorial board will go through a blind review process by the peer review partner after review by the editor. The editorial team will re-edit the manuscript without changing the substance of the content.
