Therefore, education has an important role in preparing Human Resources (HR) who have various skills so they can face dynamic life. The Independent Campus Learning Policy (MBKM) exists to improve the competency of graduates from tertiary institutions in the form of soft skills and hard skills so that they can adapt to the needs of the times. In this research, the type of research used is library research. The data collection used is the documentation method. The research results show that the MBKM policy includes four main policies, namely: ease of opening new study programs, changes to the university accreditation system, ease of universities becoming legal entities, and the right to study for three semesters outside the study program. Learning activities outside the study program and outside college include internships, projects in villages, teaching at schools or madrasas, student exchanges, research, entrepreneurship, independent projects, and humanitarian projects. However, from within a teacher must also have a strong will to be more professional so that the goals of an education can be easily achieved. Professional teachers are not only required to master the material but the teacher can develop teaching materials, learning methods, can motivate students and have high insight in the world of education. Professional teachers cannot be separated from the role of a principal as a supervisor. A supervisor must be able to foster, provide direction and motivate teachers, this supervisor's behavior can shape the competence of teachers to become more professional teachers. This observation is included in a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity of the data was tested through triangulation techniques and sources. Data were analyzed using Miles Huberman’s interactive model. The results of observations show that the sources of education funding at MIS Nurul Hidayah Medan Denai consist of student parents’ contributions, Central BOS/Regular BOS, and assistance from foundations. These funds are used to fulfill National Education Standards, including Graduate Competency Standards, Content Standards, Process Standards, Facilities and Infrastructure Standards, Management Standards, Education Financing Standards, and Educational Assessment Standards, except for Educator and Education Personnel Standards. However, there is a discrepancy between the budget stated in the Activity Plan and School Budget (RKAS) and the results achieved. Improving the quality of education is a top priority in all educational institutions. Likewise in Islamic educational institutions which are currently in the process of becoming educational institutions that have the same quality as other educational institutions and even become educational institutions of high quality. To achieve this, efforts continue to be made by Islamic educational institutions. One of the efforts is to apply various theories and concepts of quality management so that the quality of education can be maintained and recognized as an educational institution that carries out processes well and produces good output. These include regulating how to organize work specialization, delegation of authority, and chain of command. This research aims to determine the strategy of school heads in organizing work specialization, organizing delegation of authority, and organizing the chain of command at MIN 16 West Aceh. To achieve this goal, this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were the head of the school, deputy head of the school, head of administration, head of library, homeroom teacher and teacher at MIN 16 West Aceh. The results of the research show that: (1) The school head's strategy in organizing work specialization is by paying attention to diploma qualifications and placing people to carry out tasks according to their expertise, by dividing work among school personnel in the form of dividing tasks and responsibilities according to their teaching abilities. with an education diploma, (2) The school head's strategy in organizing the delegation of authority is carried out with the initial step of deliberation with teachers and school employees to discuss the work that will be delegated to school personnel. Then determine the results of the deliberation in a Decree, and supervise the performance of teachers and employees. (3) The school head's strategy in organizing the chain of command by paying attention to the organizational structure and work control of all school apparatus. The chain of command in the organizational structure of MIN 16 West Aceh is led by the head of the school assisted by the deputy head of the school for other sections such as coordinating with the deputy head of curriculum, student affairs and community relations. Then there is the treasurer, head of administration and administrative staff assisted by the operator.
