KEBIJAKAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR KAMPUS MERDEKA (MBKM) DI PERGURUAN TINGGI

Currently, changes are taking place very quickly following the flow of globalization and technological advances. Therefore, education has an important role in preparing Human Resources (HR) who have various skills so they can face dynamic life. The Independent Campus Learning Policy (MBKM) exists to improve the competency of graduates from tertiary institutions in the form of soft skills and hard skills so that they can adapt to the needs of the times. In this research, the type of research used is library research. The data collection used is the documentation method. The research results show that the MBKM policy includes four main policies, namely: ease of opening new study programs, changes to the university accreditation system, ease of universities becoming legal entities, and the right to study for three semesters outside the study program. Learning activities outside the study program and outside college include internships, projects in villages, teaching at schools or madrasas, student exchanges, research, entrepreneurship, independent projects, and humanitarian projects. In general, there are three stages in curriculum development, namely the curriculum design stage, learning implementation, and learning evaluation.

PERILAKU KEPALA SEKOLAH SEBAGAI SUPERVISOR DALAM MEMBENTUK KOMPETENSI PROFESIONALISME GURU

Based on the problems that exist in the world of education, there is a need for the role of the principal as a supervisor to foster teachers to become professional educators. However, from within a teacher must also have a strong will to be more professional so that the goals of an education can be easily achieved. Professional teachers are not only required to master the material but the teacher can develop teaching materials, learning methods, can motivate students and have high insight in the world of education. Professional teachers cannot be separated from the role of a principal as a supervisor. A supervisor must be able to foster, provide direction and motivate teachers, this supervisor's behavior can shape the competence of teachers to become more professional teachers. The method used in writing this study uses library research or literature study by collecting data from books and journals related to supervisor behavior in shaping teacher professional competence.

ADMINISTRASI PEMBIAYAAN PENDIDIKAN DI MIS NURUL HIDAYAH KECAMATAN MEDAN DENAI

The purpose of this observation is to explain how Education Funding Administration at the Elementary School level is carried out at MIS Nurul Hidayah, Medan Denai District. This observation is included in a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity of the data was tested through triangulation techniques and sources. Data were analyzed using Miles Huberman’s interactive model. The results of observations show that the sources of education funding at MIS Nurul Hidayah Medan Denai consist of student parents’ contributions, Central BOS/Regular BOS, and assistance from foundations. These funds are used to fulfill National Education Standards, including Graduate Competency Standards, Content Standards, Process Standards, Facilities and Infrastructure Standards, Management Standards, Education Financing Standards, and Educational Assessment Standards, except for Educator and Education Personnel Standards. However, there is a discrepancy between the budget stated in the Activity Plan and School Budget (RKAS) and the results achieved. This is due to limited funds received from the government and the small number of students.

Improving the quality of education is a must to meet the needs of the school and community. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs to improve education. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews and documentation study. Subjects were Principal, Vice Principal, committees and supervisors. The results of the study will describe how Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation of education quality improvement programs are carried out by Fatih Billingual School in Aceh every year, but also conducted on a monthly and semester basis. includes internal evaluation and external evaluation as a reference for improving the quality of schools in Aceh.

KONTRIBUSI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN

The management information system is a set of information systems that provide output using an input as well as various processes needed to achieve the objectives contained in an educational management process. With the existence of a management information system, the preparation of information can be easily arranged properly so that it is in accordance with the wishes of the customer. In addition, the contribution of management information systems can assist in presenting precise and accurate data as well as fast and flexible. For this reason, it can be understood that the information management system has a very large contribution to improving the quality of education. This study aims to analyze and determine the contribution of management information systems in improving the quality of education. This study uses the method of library analysis by utilizing library resources to obtain theories and limiting activities only to library collection materials and other factual references.

The quality of education will not succeed without an appropriate strategy for improving the quality of all components. The problems that occur include teacher professionalism, graduate competency standards, effective learning, and programs that do not support quality achievement. One of the efforts to improve quality is through the implementation of strategic management so as to be able to determine the right strategy to improve the quality of education. Improving the quality of education is a top priority in all educational institutions. Likewise in Islamic educational institutions which are currently in the process of becoming educational institutions that have the same quality as other educational institutions and even become educational institutions of high quality. To achieve this, efforts continue to be made by Islamic educational institutions. One of the efforts is to apply various theories and concepts of quality management so that the quality of education can be maintained and recognized as an educational institution that carries out processes well and produces good output. There are several concepts of quality/quality improvement put forward by experts such as those relating to quality planning, quality control and improvement. This study will discuss several concepts of quality and their relevance to Islamic educational institutions. Merdeka Learning Merdeka Campus (MBKM) is a higher education concept that aims to give students freedom to organize and take control of their learning process. This concept shifts the traditional paradigm of higher education as a reward for lecturers towards a more open and mindful approach to students. MBKM includes giving freedom to students in choosing courses, determining learning methods, and recognizing learning outside the campus. The research used in this journal is library research or library research, with data and information collection techniques through reading literature or written sources such as books, previous research, papers, journals, articles, reports and magazines. In its implementation, MBKM focuses on students, but in line with its goals and focus, there are challenges in implementing MBKM in tertiary institutions.

STRATEGI KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM PENGORGANISASIAN LAYANAN PENDIDIKAN DI MIN 16 ACEH BARAT

The school head's strategy is an important factor in determining the success of improving quality in the school. These include regulating how to organize work specialization, delegation of authority, and chain of command. This research aims to determine the strategy of school heads in organizing work specialization, organizing delegation of authority, and organizing the chain of command at MIN 16 West Aceh. To achieve this goal, this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were the head of the school, deputy head of the school, head of administration, head of library, homeroom teacher and teacher at MIN 16 West Aceh. The results of the research show that: (1) The school head's strategy in organizing work specialization is by paying attention to diploma qualifications and placing people to carry out tasks according to their expertise, by dividing work among school personnel in the form of dividing tasks and responsibilities according to their teaching abilities. with an education diploma, (2) The school head's strategy in organizing the delegation of authority is carried out with the initial step of deliberation with teachers and school employees to discuss the work that will be delegated to school personnel. Then determine the results of the deliberation in a Decree, and supervise the performance of teachers and employees. (3) The school head's strategy in organizing the chain of command by paying attention to the organizational structure and work control of all school apparatus. The chain of command in the organizational structure of MIN 16 West Aceh is led by the head of the school assisted by the deputy head of the school for other sections such as coordinating with the deputy head of curriculum, student affairs and community relations. Then there is the treasurer, head of administration and administrative staff assisted by the operator. Next there are homeroom teachers and a board of study teachers and security guards.
