Penyuluhan Hukum bagi Masyarakat Kurang Mampu dalam Berperkara di Pengadilan

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan hukum masyarakat dengan memberikan informasi terkait berperkara prodeo di pengadilan bagi masyarakat tidak mampu, yang disediakan oleh pemerintah, penyuluhan ini dihadiri oleh para santri, dewan guru, tokoh adat, serta masyarakat dari desa-desa sekitar dikarenakan akses terhadap hukum dan keadilan belum sepenuhnya dirasakan oleh masyarakat yang kurang mampu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peran aktif dari para pemangku kepentingan, terutama pemerintah daerah, praktisi hukum, termasuk akademisi dan mahasiswa hukum, untuk memberikan edukasi hukum dan menyampaikan informasi-informasi yang relevan. Dengan begitu, masyarakat dapat memahami, dan mematuhi aturan hukum yang berlaku. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui kegiatan penyuluhan hukum. Dengan menggunakan metode tatap muka langsung, masyarakat dapat memperoleh informasi tentang prosedur untuk mendapatkan penyelesaian perkara secara gratis, sehingga tercipta perubahan sosial yang berkeadilan. Setelah kegiatan penyuluhan berlangsung melalui pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Hukum Keluarga Islam Universitas Islam Al-Aziziyah Indonesia di Dayah Mudi Mesra Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen, peserta telah mengetahui dan memahami informasi-informasi hukum yang dapat mereka manfaatkan untuk bertindak sesuai aturan hukum dalam mencari keadilan.

Strategi Pendampingan Muallaf Dalam Pembelajaran Metode Iqro’ dan Al-Qur’an di Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir

The accompaniment strategy for muallaf (new converts to Islam) in understanding and practicing Islamic teachings plays a crucial role in building their Islamic identity. This program aims to provide guidance in reading the Qur’an using the Iqro’ method and to introduce fundamental Islamic values to muallaf in Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. With a systematic approach tailored to individual needs, this program is expected to enhance the muallaf’s ability to read the Qur’an, strengthen their understanding of Islam, and offer the necessary social support during their adaptation process. The results of this community service activity successfully delivered effective guidance for muallaf in reading the Qur’an through the Iqro’ method and reinforced their comprehension of basic Islamic principles

Songsong Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (PILKADA) 2024: Upaya Penguatan Literasi Politik bagi Pemilih Pemula di Takengon, Aceh Tengah

Political literacy refers to the ability of individuals to understand political systems, processes, and information to actively participate in political decision-making. For first-time voters, political literacy is crucial as it forms the foundation for making rational choices, particularly in the 2024 regional elections (Pilkada). This community engagement initiative aims to enhance the level of political literacy among first-time voters through socialization, political literacy education, and comprehension tests covering four key indicators: understanding the political system, knowledge of the Pilkada process, critical evaluation of political information, and participation in Pilkada. The study employed a Google Form-based questionnaire distributed to 40 respondents from 11th and 12th-grade students in both science (IPA) and social sciences (IPS) streams. The analysis results revealed that the average comprehension level of respondents ranged between 70% and 85%, with minor variations across indicators and groups. Respondents demonstrated strong understanding in the "Knowledge of the Pilkada Process" indicator but showed the need for improvement in "Critical Evaluation of Political Information." These findings underscore the importance of strengthening political literacy, particularly in combating misinformation that becomes prevalent ahead of elections. By improving political literacy, first-time voters are expected to become agents of change who promote healthier democracy through active and critical political participation.

Pelatihan Implementasi al-Qawa’id al-Sharfiyyah wa al-Nahwiyyah pada Santri Pondok Pesantren Dayah Jamiah Al-Aziziyah dalam Meningkatkan Pemahaman Hukum Islam melalui Kitab Turats

Classical Islamic texts (kitab turats) serve as primary sources of Islamic law and are relied upon by Muslims around the world. Understanding the manuscripts of these classical works requires adequate foundational knowledge, such as nahwu (Arabic grammar) and sharaf (morphology). However, a purely theoretical study of nahwu and sharaf is often ineffective in uncovering the deeper meanings embedded within the texts. Specialized training in applying the rules of nahwu and sharaf is essential to ensure that the theoretical knowledge gained is not merely passive but instead becomes an active tool in bridging the gap toward comprehending the implicit meanings of kitab turats. Grasping these implicit meanings greatly aids in extracting Islamic legal principles, particularly in addressing contemporary issues.

Pendampingan Belajar Al-Qur’an pada Anak di Desa Ladang Tuha Kecamatan Meukek Kabupaten Aceh Selatan

Al-Qur'an education has been important in order to foster a generation that is Islamic and has noble morals. Al-Qur'an education in Aceh is not only an individual requirement but also a requirement for the implementation of Islamic law. Therefore, the STAIN Teungku Dirudeng Meulaboh community service team focuses its service activities carried out in Ladang Tuha Village, Meukek District, South Aceh Regency on assisting children in the area learning the Koran. The activity, which was held for 40 days, succeeded in improving the children's ability to read the Koran. However, due to limited time, and accompanied by other activities, assistance in learning the Al-Qur'an is optimal. For this reason, this program needs to be continued by village officials as one of the key village development programs.

Peningkatan Ketahanan Pangan Melalui Hidroponik Wick Syistem Di Desa Blok 31 Kecamatan Gunung Meriah Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Stunting

Stunting remains a critical health issue in Indonesia, particularly in regions with limited access to nutritious food. This research aims to strengthen food security through the implementation of Wick system hydroponic technology in Blok 31 Village, Gunung Meriah District, as a stunting prevention measure. The program was conducted over 30 days using participatory action research methods, involving collaboration between the KKN team, village officials, and local community members. The program implementation consisted of three phases: (1) socialization and problem identification, (2) training and hydroponic system construction, and (3) monitoring and evaluation. Results indicated that the Wick system hydroponic technology was successfully adopted by the community due to its ease of implementation and cost-effectiveness. This system enables independent production of vegetables and fruits in limited spaces, increasing household access to nutritious food. The program contributes to strengthening local food security and stunting prevention efforts through sustainable access to nutritious food supplies.

Edukasi Pencegahan Perilaku Berisiko di Kalangan Pelajar: Strategi Mengatasi Perundungan, Kekerasan Seksual, Pornografi, Rokok dan Zat Adiktif di Sekolah Menengah Atas

Remaja berusia 10-19 tahun sering terjerumus ke dalam perilaku berisiko seperti perundungan, kekerasan seksual, dan penggunaan zat adiktif, yang berdampak negatif pada kesehatan fisik, mental, dan sosial mereka. Intervensi dengan melakukan edukasi yang tepat sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman mereka tentang risiko tersebut. Kegiatan edukasi di SMAN 4 Mataram dan SMAN 3 Selong bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pelajar mengenai perilaku negatif. Metode pembelajaran oleh teman sebaya (peer-education) terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, dengan peningkatan signifikan yang terlihat pada hasil pre-test dan post-test mereka. Persentase siswa yang tidak paham menurun dari 45% menjadi 18%, sementara yang sangat paham meningkat dari 3% menjadi 22%. Edukasi ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dan menunjukkan perubahan positif dalam pemahaman siswa.

Peran Aktif Mahasiswa KPM STAIN Meulaboh dalam Pembuatan Plang Selamat Datang: Upaya Penguatan Identitas Lokal Gampong Lhok Bubon

The Community Service Lecture (KPM) activity of STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh in Gampong Lhok Bubon aims to strengthen local identity through the creation of a welcome sign that integrates local cultural values. Participatory methods are used by involving the community in the design, creation, and placement of the sign, as well as the mentoring program for the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) and social services. The result is the creation of a welcome sign that combines traditional Acehnese motifs, Islamic calligraphy, and local language, becoming a symbol of community pride. The high level of active participation of residents shows a sense of ownership of the program. In addition, the TPQ activity succeeded in increasing children's interest in learning, while the social service improved environmental cleanliness. Collaboration between students, lecturers, and the community proves that a culture-based approach can be an effective solution in preserving local identity amidst the challenges of globalization. This program not only strengthens local wisdom values, but also becomes a model of sustainable service for community development.
